District 8 starts in Silver Spring runs up Montgomery County... at one point along one road ... then crosses into Carroll and Frederick Counties and runs up to the Pennsylvania border
District 6 runs from Potomac, up the west side of Montgomery County, then through parts of Frederick County, and Frederick City. After that it encompasses, Washington, Allegheny, and Garrett Counties, along the Pennsylvania border to Maryland's most western border with West Virginia
